Can anyone explain for me about the SLEPT (external) section in the proposal? Our group plan to sell product online, so in this section, should i write about how these factors (Social, legal, economical,... ) will affect my company's decision? I'm kinda dunt know how to write in this section

Answer:

I can give you one example: for legal factor, Vietnam government has implemented eCommerce laws and policies but these laws and policies haven't been strictly enforced by the government (provide reference). As a result, Vietnamese tend not to shop online because their rights are not well protected
